Bank Reconciliations
We can help you with the reconciliation of your bank account(s). There is a minimal fee for providing this service. We look at each individual situation and give you a price we would charge to process this.
Financial Statements
When we create a financial report for your business, it will also include a bank reconciliation. Financial Statements help to give you a financial overview of how the business is doing in any given month. We typically will charge an hourly rate for this service.
Payroll Services
The fee for processing payroll varies by how many employees are being paid for any given payroll. We schedule your tax deposits for you in a timely manner so you don’t have to worry about forgetting to pay those liabilities. At the end of each quarter, we process the quarterly payroll reports that are needed for both federal and state as well as the unemployment reports that are required to be filed. At the end of the year, we take care of filing any W2s and 1099s for you. When it comes time to do the Workman’s Comp audit, we assist you with that as well. We can discuss the fees involved so you have a good idea of what the fees will be for your business.
Sales Tax Filings
We have a basic fee of $30/sales tax filing. If you have a business that has multiple locations, we can discuss what is involved and give you a quote at that time.
Tax Returns
Tillman Taxes & Books, Inc is able to process both personal and business returns. Our basic starting point for personal returns is $100. However, there are instances where we might charge less. We can look at what all is involved with your return and give you a better idea of what it might cost you. Business returns will be determined by the amount of time involved in processing the return.
Payment is expected prior to e-filing tax returns. Some exceptions might be made, please communicate with us if you need to make other arrangements. For those that have monthly services throughout the year, you will continue to receive monthly invoices for services rendered including tax preparation fees.
For those clients that have ongoing services throughout the year: If you are interested in obtaining a flat rate per month, please request a quote. We are more than happy to discuss what that might be for your business.
