What has started out as a dream has now become a reality. Dan and Angie got married in 2005. They each have worked many kinds of jobs. Dan was a farmer, former military (MP), contractor, HVAC specialist, sales person, parts manager, and is currently also a security consultant. He has a lot of various interests including boating, motorcycles, shooting, etc. Angie has worked as an office manager, an interpreter for the deaf, a cashier, a bookkeeper, and a tax preparer just to name a few. Her interests include boating, motorcycles, shooting, crocheting, baking, etc. Dan & Angie’s daughter, Amy, joined the practice in 2025. She brings with her various life experiences such as bookkeeping and being a veterinarian assistant. She loves spending time with her fiancée and fur babies doing things like camping and hiking.

Angie started working in an accounting office as the Office Manager in December, 2014. She has learned a lot under the mentorship of her boss, John Wardwell. Now, Angie is able to do tax returns, financials reports, payroll and sales tax returns. In the ever changing world of taxes, Angie is always striving to learn more about taxes and keeps up with the current tax laws.
Dan had been working as Parts Manager at a local motorsports store since 2016. When he and his wife started to discuss opening a bookkeeping and tax office, they decided to do it together. Dan has taken lots of tax courses enabling him to knowledgably prepare tax returns, which he has been doing since 2024. Dan brings life experiences that will help him be great in this profession. He will continue to work as a security consultant.


Amy joins the team as the Office Manager. Amy plans to help build and accomplish many things in the future for Tillman Taxes & Books including marketing and process improvements. She is excited to bring her experience and knowledge to help the clients at TTB.
